Delivering on an ambitious brand promise

BUPA wanted to develop a product and service offer for their many retail outlets that were only utilised for claims processing. This was to demonstrate their brand promise of “Helping people lead healthier and happier lives”

Australians were becoming increasingly health-conscious, and this was particularly visible in the multitude of fitness and diet trends. However, most of these are took a level of commitment that wasn’t compatible with the budgets and busy lifestyles of most Australians.

So, we developed our own unique service for our members:


Taking place in-store, this is a low-barrier service consisting of physical tests, online questionnaire and private consultation with a registered nurse, resulting in a personal health plan that deals with all aspects of the person’s life, including nutrition, exercise, alcohol and sleep and stress management.
